This site is operated by GiantLego. For anything in this policy, write to the contact form on this site.
What we collect
One thing: what you type into the contact form and choose to send. That form asks for
- your name, email address and location, which are required;
- your phone number, company name and the service you are asking about, which are optional;
- the message you write.
Your location is asked for so we can tell you quickly whether the work is something we can take on. Nothing is collected if you simply read the site.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and embeds no third-party content. Typefaces are served from this site’s own servers, so loading a page makes no request to a font provider.
Links to social platforms in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to those companies unless you follow one, and their own policies apply once you do.
Why we hold it and what we do with it
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Enquiries are stored in our own content management system and read by the people at GiantLego who handle enquiries. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a mailing list.
We handle it because you asked us to reply, and because answering an enquiry is part of running the business.
Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiries are held on our own server rather than with a third-party marketing service. We keep them while the enquiry is live, and afterwards for as long as we need a record of the work. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact form on this site and we will deal with it as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can raise it with the data protection authority for the country you live in.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
