Most build disputes start with a price that was never tied to a drawing. This stage exists to make that impossible.

We measure the site, work the plan through with you and your designer, and coordinate the engineering and consultant drawings into one set that can actually be built. Then we price that set line by line, stating every allowance plainly — what it covers, what it does not, and what going further would cost.

What you end up with

A scope you can sign, a programme with real dates, and a clear view of where the risk sits. If the numbers do not work, this is the cheapest possible moment to find out.
