Service
Custom homes taken from the first site walk through to handover, with one team responsible for the drawings, the trades and the programme.

A custom home is a year of decisions. The work is to make most of them early, while they are still cheap to change, and to carry the rest without handing you a problem every week.
It starts on the site itself — levels, access, orientation, the trees and services that decide what is possible. That feeds the drawings, and the drawings feed the price. Nothing is quoted from a sketch.
One lead runs the project and is on site with the trades. Each week you get the same short note: what was finished, what is next, anything waiting on a decision from you, and where the costs stand against the contract. Anything that changes is priced and agreed in writing before it is built, so the contract sum never drifts quietly.
